About Me
I am 45 years of age and I have a daughter called Laura Clark who Is 23 years of age and Hydrocephalic,since two weeks after birth,she was thirteen weeks premature and a bleed to the brain was the cause of a blockage causing the Hydrocephalus. Laura has been a member of daily Strength for a good few years and has found it invaluable to her and has made great pals here.I am now here as Laura is in hospital with all the signs of a shunt malfunction but scan clear.worried still.

I'm soooo glad Laura's coming home tomorrow! I know you're nervous and she probably is too. When I got home from my last long hospital stay on May 11th, I was nervous for a while too that I was going to have to go back. As time goes on and Laura gets better and better, the nervousness will go away.

YAY! I was soooo worried about Laura because I hadn't heard anything from you in so long! I can't wait to chat with her again! I miss her so much! Can you message me your address as well as your phone number so I can send the letters I have for you and Laura and also when she's feeling up to it, I can talk to her for 2 days straight? LOL! Close Hydrocephalus
I have a twenty three year old daughter who is hydrocephalic and very ill at the moment and I am desperate with worry and need to find out if any one can give me some advice or support if that would be possible it would be so appreciated.

- Shunts Working / Worked
- It has worked mostly but has needed revisions a good few times over the years.
