  I'm really sorry that you're feeling so bad A, please try and not be too hard on yourself as you've been through enough!! You WILL find other means of support, including from yourself...this I find can happen when we are at our lowest. Yesterday I couldn't stop the tears and felt very confused, but today I'm feeling alot more stable after the release. I think alot is down to finding the right people who you can communicate with!!
