I have been diagnosed with Dercum's Disease anyone with dercum's should treat the symptoms. pain management is necessary I also walk and do acupuncture on top of medication . I am so far doing well I have numerous medical problems developed from trying to treat the pain before I found out I have dercum's. there are several sites you can go one American Pain Foundation, Dercum's Society, NORD (National Orginization Rare Diseases), and WHO (World Health Orginization). It also is very helpful to Know everything there is to know about the disease, and current treatments.
