its true i was always a bit chubby before my digestive problems started. i used to have pizza and mc donalds every day and probably those triggered ibs and nausea. the first time i was told to diet it was a nightmare, but then i got used to it because i knew that i would damage my digestive system like being backed up, if i'm constipated i cannot eat more than i poo, and this is bad for the health...i read about probiotics, if combined with a diet it relieves most of ibs, but in my country they are not so available, but minibix (an oatbix that i take every morning) is a probiotic cereal, combined wit h diet and exercise makes my ibs better although i have nausea when i eat at times, like when i'm eating foods that my stomach doesn't want that time but i don't want to get constipated so i have to force food that i don't like in my stomach, i also need to get nutrients, i started to hate eating because i know that i have to take food that i don't like like boiled fish, boiled chicken and veg, but i need to take them to sustain life that's how food became for me, i don't enjoy it anymore. Thank God there is cereal that i like, so when i come home i take a small plate of cereal and sometimes in the morning. i lost all my fat now i need to loose muscle, the ext ra weight i got is muscle i need to be slim not thick (muscular)
