i remember the rabbit poop or nothing, when i used to eat mc donalds everday....before colonoscopy i couldn't poop out anything. the doctor immediately suspect the wrong diet how i was eating mc donals everyday and didn't poo? wasn't normal, the more you eat the more you should loo, the less you eat, probably if i didn't eat a lot i wuld think not enough calories, because to have a good bm you must take like 1200 every day; now i can say i am having good bms and i'm eating the least i can, i think i was severely backed up then! my bowels feel full when i overeat, this didn't happen when i was younger and because of that i was always overweight now it is not possible for me to gain weight, because if i gain weight i have trouble with my digestive system, because all gets backed up... when i have a bm i feel less pain, fish , chilly, veg (i prefer some taste so i add chilly with it) has improved my digestive system...i'm afraid of high fat foods, some posts on the net say that people cannot resist fat foods and should be included in the diet, i can do without them although i suffer bad stomach. when this happens i have a dislike to veg and chicken and knowing that i cannot eat delicious junk foods, i remain without food accept have cereals. my mother has to make it in a form of soup in order to eat veg soup....i mean liquid soup...so that i can be able to put it down in my stomach...ok i think i'm babbling, but my ibs is not as bad as when i used to eat junk, apart i was gaining lots of muscle , when i gain weight it is mostly muscle.
