Well i have been up and down with my weight. comfort eating due to stress and anxiety, medication etc etc all excuses i know. I ve now got some self control back and joined a weekly class to give me some incentive. lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks still a stone to go but at least its moving in the right direction now and ive lost the wieght i gained. im also trying to exercise a bit which is helping. need to keep going and lose another 6 pounds before my holiday
