      thought i was just taking extra long to recover from a marathon but noticed i wasn't recovering from exhaustion. alsmo noticed breathing issues. went to see family doc and i was sent me to EMC immediately. medium sized clot in left lung was there. 4 days in hospital on lovanox and warfarin was enough to disolve clot. i was sent home. further testing ongoing to determine extent of damage. likely source of clot was estrace (estrogen therapy as part of my transition from male to female).
