i am 40 yr old who has had bouts of long term insomnia for 25years+ i am disabled and am on 400mg tramadol daily and fentanyl patches for life i cant stop overthinking recently divorced to lareda my partner since 16yrs of age due to lots of mental issues i have and an inability to work as a lorry driver which is what i have always been, and miss greatly. i have two sons the oldest 23 and my youngest nearly nineteen whom i love dearly , ive got massive insomnia issues and low self worth and esteem but am determined to get these issues turned around and live a normal as possible life looking for friends on this site please feel free to invite me as a friend or just to talk as talking helps us all god bless us all.
