I know I have to start loosing weight, I know it leads to serious things when your older and I dont want to be that. I want to be fit and healthy and go walking and jogging etc. I want to be fit and energetic!!
I decided Im gonna pay for a gym package that comes with the Gym obviously, also swimming and classes so it means I could join Pilates and Yoga which I wanted to join for ages.
Im currently (so embarassed to admit it) around 195lbs which is equalled to around 14 stone and some extra pounds!
I want to be around 10-12 stone which is 140-160lbs
I want to have a nice slim belly! and maybe a little bit of muscle add definition at the end of it.
Im looking at the gym package and also a workout dvd for at home also I want to start cycling again as I use to enjoy that so much.
Im determined to make it to my goal !

that sounds really good hope it goes good for you .... unlike me .... i have an horrable time ...... matter afact 2 years ago i lost about 30 pounds went from 230 to 200 and i did pretty good at keeping it off with in about a year ago i did gain about 15 pounds back but so far i have gain it all back and more since i have been pregnant and i hate it .... but i hope to get it all +more back off .....
