I have lost 11 pounds so far on Weight Watchers. I try to visualize a 10 pound sack of potatoes...and it makes me feel even better! The first 2 weeks I lost a lot...but now it is coming off much slower. I visualize each pound as equal to a pound of butter...so that makes it seem like even one pound is a great accomplishment.
Exercise is still difficult for me to get motivated starting. I am lifting my 10 pound weights, but not much else. My next goal is to start walking again. I just have a really hard time getting up earlier to fit it in...I love to sleep!!
I just spent a couple of days at the beach with a girl friend...lots of fun getting away. I love to gamble a little, and I played on $20 for 3 hours before I lost it.
It was nice weather even (for Oregon). I just love the beach![]()
I am taking my daughter to see the Broadway Musical, "Spring Awakening" on Saturday. I shouldn't spend the money though![]()






I'm with you on the exercise thing. I have a hard time getting motivated too and like to sleep late. Well, if you find a way, let me in on it. Love from Ginny
