- Ambien Working / Worked
- I dont sleep 3 hours a night without ambien.
- Cymbalta Somewhat Helpful
- Cant say it helped with thepain,so much,but it did seem to help with my emotional wellbeing.Started gaining too much weight,so I went off.
- Guaifenesin Not Working
- Didnt seem to help me.Tried for several months.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Helps to releive my sore muscles.
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- Take it 3 times daily.I guess it helps somewhat.Constantly have to take Aleve along with the Ibuprofen.I know not to do it very oftenbut sometimes the pain is so severeI do what is necessary.
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- Worked,but I had swelling of my tongue and lips.It was a no-go.
- Neurontin Not Working
- Did nothing for the pain.
- Robaxin Working / Worked
- Seems to help relaax the muscles in my upper back and legs.Soemtimes makes me sleepy.
- Ultram Working / Worked
- Seems to be helping,atleast on some days.On other days,I hurt so much ,nothing helps.
- Walking Working / Worked
- Seems to make me feel betteriin many waysphysicallyemotionallyand mentally. Knowing I did something good for myselfbut I think the oxygen to my muscles helps them feel betterand I sleep much better when I walk.
- Topamax Working / Worked
- Helps with the pain better than any of the other meds I have taken. I still take the Ultram and Ibuprofen.I dont take the Ultram the 4 times2 pills a day as prescribed anymore with the topomaxas I dont need it. I hate taking all these medsbut I do know from past experience that Topomax does work for my pain soI am willing to take it. Last time I took itthoughI did have hair lossso this time I am taking Biotin and ZIncas Ive read those supplements can help prevent that.

My husband was just diagnosed with hypothyroidism.
