I am 32 yrs. old I have lived with bipolar disorder my entire life. I wasn't diagnosed until age 30. I have 1 son age 13. He was the catalyst for seeking help. My family has a history of mental illness. Depression on my mom's side and bipolar, schitzophrenia and depression on my dad's side. I worry that my son will have this disorder. My doctor says thats probably not likely if he hasn't shown any signs as of yet but we still watch out for any signs.
I am 32 yrs. old and at 4'9" I weigh 182lbs. I have high cholesterol and I want this weight off. I haven't tried anything except portion control and walking. I dusted off my tae-bo and sweatin' to the oldies videos. I used them when I lost weight from having my son. My girlfriend found a belly-dancing video. I want to try that. any other suggestions are welcome.
