  hi where do you live in ri? i live around the border of ri and ct.,maybe we live close by, i am looking for a fibro support group. and a friend, with fibro, nobody understands it.unless they have it. please let me know. okay,thanks,,cb

  I agree my Dr. doesn't "believe" in fibro - I go to pain management for all of the fibro stuff. Thinking about changing my Dr too. I am so tired with the topamax - did you have that problem? and if you did how long til you got used to it? in 4 more days I up it to 75 mg. so not used to 50 at all. Hope you had a wonderful 4th - my husband and my youngest (18) and our dog went camping overnight it was nice (in a camper ;)

  I hope this does well for you - I started Lyrica and had the save problem of walking like a drunk :) but that did pass and I was ok with it but the pain level went from a 7 to a 10 and i was taking more percocet on Lyrica than I ever had before so my Dr switched me to Topamax after 2 weeks of Lyrica. Now I feel very tired with this med. I have been on Topamax before (loss hair) but figured I'd rather be bald :) and feel good than be in this pain. Hope all works for you. I know Lyrica does help people.
