Are you Scandinavian? (which would be like a lot of people in WA) My family (dad's side, extended family) is really concentrated over there & in Minnesota, of which I am related to almost like all people with ties from Sor Trondelag, Norway (amongst other places in Norway, and Denmark) - hahaha... It was insane as I was part of this genealogy mailing group with people who were somehow attached to that area and like everyone was my cousin, sometimes many times over - hahaha... Anyways - you probably just look similar to someone I used to know back in the day. & yea I have gone off
