  I love good spiritual books as well.
  Have you ever heard of the course of
  miracles? It is what I read and study
  lately. One of the teachers which I listen
  to was talking about peaks and valleys just
  today. She was saying that when we descend
  into the valleys of life and gain spiritual strength
  through going through trials, we experience higher
  and longer peaks. Furthermore the course of miracles
  is all about seeing with the new eyes of forgiveness and
  as a child of God instead of through the eyes of the ego.

  So happy you are going to some group therapy, Hon. GOOD FOR YOU! Nothing better than getting those feelings out.
  
  It's another gorgeous, sunny day here in the South. Ray and two of his buddies just left for another day fishing trip. Isn't it wonderful that he's once again able to do favorite things? God is so GOOD!

  Aw, thanks, happy halloween to you. Checking my email daily waiting to receive my first appointment. Its only been about 4 weeks since they said i'm on their list, but when you need help it feels like your waiting forever! At least its free here, not like America where you have to pay. Never been to group therapy, not sure i'd get on with that, opening up to a bunch of strangers and trusting them with your feelings. take care.

  Yep, we had a wonderful trip to the mountains, and it was a wonderful spiritual experience. Nothing like enjoying the beauty all around. What a blessing that Ray again feels like doing some things. In fact, he just returned from a fishing trip with his buddies. God is truly AWESOME!
