Well right now I think my body has been fighting something so I haven't been to the gym this week. I go home and have a healthy meal and I mostly sleep. But I think I'm healthy enough that my body is going to beat this. I feel like I gained weight this week since I haven't been to the gym and not watching my calories closely enough and I fear weighing in on Friday my weigh in day. Ugh.

Finding it really hard to motivate myself at the moment towards food, lots of comfort eating.
My exercise yesterday was painting, to get the house ready to sell and get away from all this stress at work.

I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and I am struggling with fatigue and discouragement.

- this med really helped bring my bp down when nothing else would

- I try to walk everyday approximately 2 miles.
