      Gluten Free Diet Somewhat Helpful
      It's a bit hard to tell as I have other issues. I have definitely improved since I stopped gluten about 4 years ago. Recently had to stop lactose. Still have digestive issues but much improved.

      But too strong for me. Had palpitations. Made me too tense.
      Cytomel Working / Worked
      It's helping. Had to start on lowest dose divided into quarters, only worked up to half, but noticebly more effective than just synthroid. Helps my energy level. Helps my sleep.
      Synthroid Working / Worked
      It helps me. Began alleviating (but not vanquishing) brain fog in a week. Helps my energy level.
