today I don't know where to start in dealing with this condition. I can only assume that it is a journey in another chapter of my life. I know that I am not alone but it feels as though there is no relief. Can't sleep, and don't know what to change. In stage one, on wait and watch. really need some encouragement right now. What do you do when your life gets redefined for you, and you have now control over it? I would like to know how other people with CLL think and feel. Guess for some reason I need to know if how I feel is normal. Can anyone clue me in?
you poor thing..you m,ake me feel really sad for you. I'm not sure how to help you. I know what helps me and that is prayer but maybe thats not for you. I guess long walks in nature appreciating all the lovely things..try to get out of the house and fill your head with speacial uplifting thoughts before you go to sleep...Ive only been diagnosed for about 4 months, I can appreciate how you have better days than others. my little kids keep me very pre occupied. thankfully!..It's when you are alone with your thoughts it can be really challenging hey. better day tommor my friend....stay strong

Hope you have gotten a better grip by now on knowing you have CLL.It does take time to accept and learn that it isn't the end but just a new beginning.God is my help in a time of trouble. Also support groups such as this one and Cll Christian Friends (www.cllcfriends.com ) have been a lifesaver to me.It always helps to talk to others who are going through the same things as you!
Saying a prayer for you,
God Bless,
