i woke this morning at 11am  after fairly restless nite . The heat was unreal so i had my bedroom window open which is crap when you live on a busy street , i just got to sleep when there some idiot's doing doughnuts in his car and the noise woke me and i was  a bit panicked at first cos i thought there was goin to be a crash. Why don t' these idiot s find somewhere else to act the maggot in their fast cars.

Anyway i went back to sleep with a lovely cold breeze coming in on me. Anyway took me bout two hrs of arsing around the house before i got started on the house work. Oh the joys of it . Ray took me for a meal , nice big t bone steak and then irented a horror called the haunting in conecticut.Scary stuff and i was home alone so i hand my hand over my face for the best part of the film peaking out through my fingers. Found it hard to catch my breath so i took a xanax , i realy shouldn t watch these things. Never mind tis done now Anxiety on scale of 1 to 10 it was a 2 i guess so i will give myself a smiley face
