Today i woke up feeling kinda sick at the thought of flying tomorrow and being abroad. Must be done though so i've been taking one xanax a day for last two days and i will til i come home sunday to keep me level headed. Still miss my goldfish. The guilt isn't to bad today . Ray said i done my best for him but he was sick for months. Still though cant help but blame myself. Dad said he 'll help pick out new fish next week. Now i'm feeling came and excited bout going to london to see buckingham palace and stuff. I must take loads of snaps.  I can do this i know i can. Work was grand and the day flew by. I'm going swimming at 8.30 to relax me . All round a good day so i think i'll give myself a smiley face
