i have had anxiety for 11 years now and feel i could help people and they may help me . It stems from my mum being an alcoholic and my brother not far off . they both have brain damage due to seizures . I am the worst in the world for worrying.I am happilly married and my hubbys gr8 to me . We're together now 13 years . Not bad going i guess
Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- working, i do them every night
- Hypnotherapy Working / Worked
- didn t work only tiny bit
- Lexapro Somewhat Helpful
- it was ok . only on them for short period
- Xanax Working / Worked
- be dead without them. i take them only for emergencies
