I am a 33 year old mother of 7. I adopted two children from an IV drug user. My son tested positive for the Hep C antibody but has never had any RNA. My daughter who is now 4, is positive for active chronic Hep C. Looking for support and strength as we fight this monster.

I also wanted to say Bravo!! My husband and I wanted to adopt as well, although it doesnt seem like it is going to be possible for me, I love to see happy families brought together!! It must be hard work, but worth every minute.

Close Hepatitis C
I have adopted two children who both have tested positive for the Hepatitis C antibody. One has since been cleared as only having the antibody and a passed infection but the other has a chronic active case.
