Today is my Calla Lilly Perfect day!! For me that means I feel balanced, pure and beautiful.  Woke up in the best mood ever with no shakes, doom thoughts or anger for no reason.  I love it because its a sign that I'm finally getting it together with my diet.  My diet is strict but worth it,  especially when I'm in balance.  Hypo and NAFLD are a crazy mix that really makes my life so hard at times.  Normally I feel ok, but just that ok.  Ok becomes horrible in minutes and I feel out of control when my symptoms go nuts.  Not today and I thank God for that, my own little vacation day to feel at ease.
