HI Julian, thanks for your Hug! Trust me you will start to feel better very soon. I was a real mess when T first hit (March 2008). I am now the person I was before but more informed of the noise dangers and T is always in the background but I hardly ever listen to it, it's just there.... be strong you'll be fine.
