Well I am still searching for a neuro surgeon. My Dr. still hasn't called me back with one so i guess I am going to do my own search. She was suppose to find one for me that specialized with ACM but she was also worried about my insurance. I think I can keep bugging my insurance till they give in and cover someone out of network who specializes in what I need. At least I think I can. Anyway wish me luck not sure what I'm doing but I will do my best.

Good Luck on your surgeon search. I have not been able to find one locally that claims to specialize in ACM. Most of the neurosurgeons around here, don't want to do the surgery, so I am told by neurosurgical nurses. I have chosen a surgeon, who has a reputation for being one of the best around. People come from all over to see him, and it takes about 6 months to get an appointment. Am not sure how many ACM patients he has seen, stated he had never done one that was not successful. He has a positive attitude, but didn't promise me complete relief eihter.
Expected results would be relief of numbness and tingling, headaches would hopefully improve, but could not answer if the other symptoms would improve or not.
