good luck with your upcoming testing. i can tell you im new to all of this , i went to the er for headaches came out with fibrous dysplasia and after more ct and mri's and more problems found out i have the chiari as well. i have only dealt with this since feb. and i just turned 34 in jan. i cant do lots of things i love like jumping on the trampoline with my boys.. my neck just cant take it.. if i stretch really good i get an instant headache and pain in the back of my neck... and stupid stuff like shaky legs when i try to walk at times. i feellike i falling apart and i get depressed.... if i keep getting worse how can i expect my handsome healthy husband to want to stay with me, i dont want to riun his life that way , to have to tend to me for the next 40 some years. and most doctors have no answers or they just dont want to do anything. i have been going to uva for my fibrous and that surgery is july 17 and after that we wil start dealing with the chiari and what to do about it. i research it as much as possible so i can be very self aware of syptoms and i keep a daily log of anything i have going on rather related or not, just so i can look for patterns or new things. i probably am better for support and venting than answers cause i have few myself. but i am defiantly around if you want to talk or vent about anything.
