      Would you describe your pain. My shingles came and went in February of 2009, but like you, not the pain. Mine is upper body. The pain increases toward the end of the day. I was on lyrica which calmed my upper body nerves, but stressed my lower body joints. Trying to understand PHN and it's treatments. Thanks
