    Congrats on getting out honey. And don't look at it as 'holding the bag & raising the baby alone'. Look at it as saving your own life - and not allowing your daughter(s) to be subject to his abuse, or learn any of his abusive behaviors.
    The road to getting out isn't the easiest by any means - but you'll be so much better off for it.

    Leah, I read your reply in How come he can move on and the same thing happened to me in my first marriage. I just wanted to send you a hug and tell you things will get better. Sadly I stayed in my second abusive marriage 18 years. Divorce was final in March. Things are getting better but learning about this abuse has been my greatest strength along with sharing my story with the other fine ladies on this forum.
