I am feeling bad today.  I still have pain in my side even after being on medicine for almost a week.  After talking to my doctor, he says that I will have to have surgery again.  This is something I definately don't want.  This condition efects my whole life.  I don't know how my employer is going to take the news that I have to be gone for surgery again.  It hasn't even been a year since the last time.  If I don't work, we can't make all of our payments, and the list just goes on and on.  I get so depressed, even with watching everything I eat this still comes back to haunt me.  Will it ever end?
