Lost Mood
Friday, June 19, 2009 | A Call For Help story

I'm 26 I havent had a menstral cycle since  april 2007, Before that my cycles were irregular. No cysts or gyn uterine/ovary probs found.

After I had my son in 2003 I never stopped lactating.

I'm a hemophiliac so when my periods disappeared I didn't miss them.

However, I've done work as a mt medical transcriptionist and lately I've been exploring pheromone research.

I know for a fact my dhea-s levels are low but so far doctors have been unwilling to test my prolactin levels despite the lactation for no apparent reason.

I was having hairloss after I had my son and for awhile but I've been taking a daily efa supplement and the thickness and density of my hair has improved.

I was born with hep c and they have checked me recently for a liver tumor No problems ther lier actually looks healthier than it did a few years back.

I've started having hirutism and I used to have oligomenorrhea.

Periods were super heavy after I had my son.

They put me on depo once to try to help with the bleeding but instead I ended up having worse bleeding.

I've been looking into female infertility and hormonal levels and cycles and so far it seems that my hunch is correct.

Ohter than the hormonal issues I'm fairly healthy despite the hep and hemophilia.

I eat well and do my best to take care of myself.

I've been kind of scared to persue this because I thought surgery was the only option and with a bleeding disorder I'm kind of eek at that idea. Reasonably so.

Anyway if anyone in la has a good gp or specialist that they think would be able to help me get dx on this a reccomendation would be uber helpful.
