  I completely sympathize, I am a makeup artist who has to be around tons of people all day and it is nerve wracking. I would always prefer to be home. When you are out remember that sometimes the most confident looking people are filled with doubt and anxiety. It makes the people less scary. Good luck :-)

  I agree you are the only one in charge of yourself. You are doing a good thing taking charge of your feelings. And always remember you have a right to feelings and noone can take that away.
