I've gone 2 days now without any altercations or confrontations, despite getting frustrated and anxious about running errands, or being in traffic. There were at least 4 episodes where I stepped back, took deep breaths and got through it without feeling like a pushover, but without reacting with anger.

Thanks. It's been hard. I just keep trying to calm myself down... naming what I feel and then talking it through in my head.
