Close Anxiety

I have been diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder with mild/moderate depression. I get panic attacks most nights and worry my son will die during the night. As a medical student, I am hoping to specialise in psychiatry to use my experience to help people with similar disorders.

Lexapro Not Working

Lost five kilos in the first six weeks, didn't sleep at all while i was on it and was much more nervous and jittery

Meditation Somewhat Helpful

Helpful, but difficult to find the time and space while studying fulltime and looking after a two year old

Valium Working / Worked

Works instantly. Only take this occaisonally during highly stressful periods. Side effects are minor, including sedation and impaired concentration.

Running Working / Worked

Works like magic! Difficult to find the time and not easy with a baby.
