Type: Relapsing-remitting MS

diagnosed in '99, I lost my hearing in 1 ear in '86. Diagnosed when my speech suddenly was totally slurred, I was diagnosed with MS. 5 years later I had to retire due to the high tech job. I lost contact with everyone but am building a new one and it's been difficult. I joined a small support group of 40-50 members. They meet once a month, go to yoga classes once a week and meet for bkst. I love dogs and have 2 large and one tiny one. love thunder, lightning & heavy rain.

haven't gotten worse for a few years.

Copaxone Working / Worked

Currently using it, but after a couple shots, never again.The burning felt like a screwdriver twisting in my leg for 3 hours straight! Am checking into copaxone.

Neurontin Working / Worked

Works great and take 600-900 mg. times a day.

Provigil Working / Worked

Seemed to cause anxiety.

Zanaflex Working / Worked

works good but makes you tired, adds to fatigue.

Symmetrel Working / Worked

working great!
