C'mon along on the journey with us. It's a long road and all are welcome. I guess it's a struggle forever and I dare not test myself with foods I'd like to have. You have been on the right track before and you'll get there again.

Close Gastric Bypass Surgery
I am 32 years old and had Gastric Bypass surgery 2 years ago in 2007. I initially lost my first 90 pounds the first 8 months and reached a max weight loss of about 100 total (the last ten took another 9 m months because I started to fall back to my old ways of eating) More recently due to a break up with my boyfriend I have put on about 15-20 pounds and I'm TERRIFIED! I do not want to gain any more weight especially since I still had not even reached my goal. I still need to lose 70 more!:(
Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Although I am no longer taking any meds for PCOS since I lost 100lbs a lot of my symtoms went away (except hirutism which I 'm currently getting laser treatment for) but since I'm new to this site I decided to join this support group. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16..I'm now 32. I hope this is insightful and helpful.:)
