It is time that I finally get exercising again. On July 6th I plan to get on my treadmill for at least 20 minutes 3 days a week (maybe more). I really don't like the way my body looks and only I can change that. I pray to God for the strength to be able to achieve my goal. I will keep updates.






Every time I want to start exercising I find I either hurt too much or am too exhausted. I still plan on starting a routine, maybe I would feel better if I got on the treadmill even though I feel exhausted, I don't know, but I think I will try to find out! soon.
