I'm so glad I have this little journal. It's such a healthy way to express myself.
We had another good night. We must make a huge effort to reduce Ray's sodium intake. His BP was too high yesterday and last night. It was probably from his eating too much salty things...french fries, pizza, etc. He loves salt, so will switch him to "No Salt" today.
Another gorgeous day here. Praise God!
OOOPS! Just returned from four hours in the ER. Ray's BP dropped so low it wouldn't register on machine. He broke out in sweats, turned white as a ghost, got nauseated, and all but passed out. I called 911 for ambulance. The entire time in ER his BP was too low to too high. They did bloodwork, X-rays, urinalysis, and everything looked okay. He's to stay off his feet and REST. Will continue to minitor BP closely.
