I'm going through my 13th MRSA infection

Close MRSA
I have had several MRSA infections over the last 2 years. Started with my arm, moved to my back and side, then to my face, and is now traveling inside my nose. I'm on my 13th infection and am losing hope. Read my jounal entry to know more.
Treatments
- Bactrim DS Working / Worked
- It worked after I used it but the infection came back. I didn't have any side effects other than the fact that I did get a pretty severe sunburn after only being out in the sun for 15 minutes. This was the best treatment I had for the infection.
- Bactroban Not Working
- I used this daily by applying to the inside of my nose. I still use it to this day but still get infections.
- Biaxin Working / Worked
- I wasn't on this very long because it made me really sick to my stomach.
- Clindamycin Working / Worked
- worked for 2 of my infections.
- Hibiclens Somewhat Helpful
- I use this daily as well as my kids do so they don't get MRSA from me.
- Washing Not Working
- I wash my hands daily. Sometimes up to 50 times. I wash every time I touch anything that could pass germs. Even after just petting my animals.
- Benzoyl Peroxide Somewhat Helpful
- Ive been using this on my face to bring down the possibilities of break outs that can lead to MRSA infections. It worked very well for the first month or two and now is starting to lose its battle. Im starting to get more infections again and have had to switch to a different kind of skin care system.
