  Believe it or not I find that If I pray before I fall asleep I usually feel more peaceful and usually I fall asleep during it!!LOL!! I know how it feels to be your age and depressed, that is about the age mine started. Do you know if one thing set it off or has been an on going thing??

  I wanted to also give you a gold star for all of your accomplishments. It sounds like you are really trying and having a difficult time. How is your sibling? BPD is hard on children. Again if you need to talk email me. I get on the computer for short times but I will send you hugs if that will help right now.

  Bonnie I feel like I need to reach out to you and let you know if you need my support, feel free to contact me. I do not know your parents but I have insight that may help you. When things get tough, just email me and I will try to help you get a handle on their behavior. I read your journal article. Is there anyway you could move away from home. When they criticize you, it may be that they are seeing the world, themselves and everyone as bad. This really is not about you, it is about how they see the world at any given time.
