"Almost passed out at work yesterday!"

Started bleeding & no help Mood
Tuesday, October 6, 2009 | A Painful story

So as I was leaving a message for my gynos RN to call me back so that I can talk to her about my memory loss and inablitiy to focus, I get my "period".  Now, I know it's not my actual period, I just got over it this last Friday but it sure does feel like it, even worse.  I know it's from the extra estrogen in my system and the bleeding is from the lining of my uterus coming out.  OUCH!!!  It really, really is painful, in fact, I considered going to the ER!  I have "clumps" coming out and I have that "rotting" feeling all in my pelvic area, my left side, my left leg and my back.

Anyway, my gynos RN finally called me back again and they are "dumb founded".  They say that these side effects ( other than the bleeding ) are very RARE.  ???  Um... no they are not!  Maybe no one has complained about them to you before!  Anyway, they tell me that they can't reverse it!  I have to live with this if it continues for the rest of its' course.  NO WAY!  There has to be SOMEthing I can take!  It's like I all of the sudden I have ADD.  I can't work like this!  The pain is overwhelming right now and the pain Rx isn't helping the focusing thing.

I have a call into my GP, and I will see if she can save me!!  She has before!

I am having the same inability to focus and I am forgetting everything so much so sometimes my husband and mom are almost "doubtful" that I could have actually forgotten that specific thing, its driving me even more crazy than I already feel. I am sorry you are having such a hard time, please keep in touch and let me know if your GP helps in any way. Hugs, Mary
