  Thanks so much for the kind words. Music really gets me through hard times, so it is hard to not be able to play it with people and nice to know someone else understands.
  I have always had severe anxiety too for years. I see a therapist and it helps a lot. So do some vitamins I take now (magnesium, Vit D). Definitely talk to someone about it.
