I started officially last week by myself in the mindset that I was going to go work out and get it all out of my system and I did go and do that. I didn't drink the sodas or the juices and I found myself losing an instant 3lbs due to the lack of sugar.
Now this week my best friend who is going into the Army has been coming over everyday when I get out of work. Monday night I skipped my workout and we went and got pizza, candy, and ice cream and watched the Proposal. Tuesday we watched another movie and had yet more candy. Yesterday I had all intentions to go but I had paperwork to prepare for a debt consolidation program that I am trying to enroll into and I was expecting the rep's phone call which never came thru -- so that was a bust. Today is Thursday and one out of two things needs to happen today...
1.) I either work late today so I can get out early tomorrow (who doesn't like getting out early on Fridays!)
2.) or go home and go to the gym, but work until 4:30 tomorrow
On top of that, our puppy (he's a teacup yorkie) Twix (LOL naming him after a candybar) is coming home today! I'm so excited to meet him, so yeah.. I've got much on my mind but I guess what I could do is stay until 6:30 today and go work out so tomorrow I may not be leaving ALL that early but at least early none the less.
Losing weight requires keeping your word to yourself, and how can I be trustworthy to anyone else if I can't even keep my own word?

Try to eat really healthy today, and then maybe take Twix out for late walk! exercise doesn't have to be at the gym on the treadmill, at least not every day. Just get moving!! Good luck today!! I'm here for you!
