After a week of having company, working, and a holiday it all added up and I ended up waking up at 5:40 from the pain.  It was excrutiating and headed straight to the ER.  Of course the triage person was like "you have had a headache for an hour?" like I was ridiculous for being there.  They gave me the old Bendadryl, Torridol, and Compazine cocktail in the iv which put me back to sleep but now the pain is back. Grrrr..... this just reminds us all to take it easy.  The best option is take time to relax EVERY day.
