For me I had differnet sleep ptterns that happened about every 3-4 months. This occurred for about the first 2 1/2 years. You may want to either see a Psychiatrist or other Dr aboutsome "Ambien CR". Thathelped me, and they also just have Ambien. I don't know wha te difference is.

I was hit by a car on feb 27th 2009 and got a brain injury and 2 broken legs.the brain injury has caused depression.because brain injury made me change.

- I take it everyday and I am not so depressed but I constantly think about the brain injury and everything it has done and it makes me sad all the time.
