Hi Kim, Congrats on driving that far and long on your own. This was my first summer without F. also but I was not as courageous as you- The girls and I had to take a bus...It's true what you say, the memories these places hold for us are special. While my girls played in the waves, I'd sit on the sand and had to hide my tears because of all the memories. But it was nice to go back to our holiday spot again. Lots of hugs.
