I've written a great deal on this site about MDS. Welcome to the club, one of the few clubs with nice people that you do not really want to join. I was depserate last September when I was diagnosed with MDS, but since then things have quietened down, and I am just about to leave, well am Weds 17th June to see with my wife nmy daughters in Dubai and KOng Kong. Yes I get tired, and I hate needles of any sort, but I am very optimistic, that the average life span, with my degree of risks of 1.2 years, will easily be passed. If I live to 2010, I will have raised two fingers to the statistics. Hope the same applies to you, so keep hopeful and happy, be optimistic and determined, and though we cannot beat this problem, we can push it away for a while. Some of my friends on this site have been going for 5 + years.
Good luck.
