Married for 12 years (since 19!)and currently breaking up w/ my husband, I have a 7 yr old son I stay home with. I am passionate about books (really into historical fiction, but I'll read or watch almost anything if it's good), writing and Bhuddism. My dream is to live in Ireland, or anywhere in Europe. So far I haven't gotten even close-- I might have to swim ;) Addicted to dying my hair- right now red and black- love lord of the rings and Bikini Kill, Billie Holiday, Blues Explosion and PJ Harvey (and guys who are a little nerdy too...

How long ago did this happen to you? So now are you together? Are you ok?
Until now I was a really self sufficient person really. I never "needed to talk" to anybody. Life was good. Now I really am aching for someone to talk to, and I don't have anyone close that I am willing to tell this story to.

Thanks for your informative talk on testosterome! I have MS and my patner of 24 years and I haven't been intimate for several years. He says it's OK with him and that he understands how MS has affected me (us). You better believe I'll be asking my PCP for that blood test! And I'll also get the book "Screaming To Be Heard." I've been too embarrassed to talk to any of my Doc's about my problem, so thank you again! :)

Husband (of 12yrs) is bipolar & in denial. I'm pregnant w/ 2nd child & on the brink of divorce.
Open Infidelity
My husband has a history of mental illness and lying (not that either are necessarily connected) and although he hasn't slept with someone else, he really crossed the line a few months ago. We have started going to marriage counseling. He says he wants to save the marriage, I'm not sure if I want the marriage (or if he is even capable of being honest).
