I have suffered with Bipolar type 2 for 19 years and have tried a lot of different meds to help stabilize my moods. It's getting easier, but still not 100% yet.
I suffer with anxiety attacks every night when I get into bed. I'm not sure why, it just has happened for close to a year now. I'm on Restoril 15mg plus a Niravam 0.5mg and they help. I'm trying to wean myself off of the Restoril right now.
I'm looking to connect with other parents with older children with down syndrome. I have a 19 yr old daughter and am experiencing some challenges with her.
I have a 13 yr old daughter with AS and would like to know that there are others like me out there. Sometimes I feel so alone.
