About Me
I am single w/3 great cats and 1 niece & 1 nephew that keep me grounded. I have suffered all my life and just thought I was different and alone. When I started treatment for Depression in June of 2003 I was later diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder. I also suffer from Agoraphobia, Self-Injury, Obesity, Anxiety/Social Anxiety, Eating Disorder(Binging), Physical/Mental Abuse. Wow, I sound like a walking time bomb and I do feel that way sometimes.

Interests
I am addicted to my TIVO and to this site. Since 2003 I have lost interest in many of the other things I liked to do - Go for a drive, Sing in the car, visit my niece & nephew, reading, exercising, visiting with friends & family. I would like to get some of those things back as a couple of those items were used to release all this pent up ugliness.

Close Bipolar Disorder
I have Bi-Polar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Major Depression, Agoraphobia & Obesity.
Treatments
- Effexor Working / Worked
- I am on 300 mg and it is working. It calms me down and takes the edge of the anger & rage, and I'm less emotional.
- Clonazepam Working / Worked
- This works like a wonder on my anxiety I take 1.5 mg per day and it really helps with my jitters and racing heart.
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- I take 4oo mg at night this is an anti-depressant and a sleeping pill. I sleep well through night and I can go back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night.
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I weigh almost 300 pounds and I need help to find my focus and shed the pounds. I also have Bi-Polar Disorder.
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Somewhat Helpful
- I am having a problem sticking to it because of my Bi-Polar Disorder.
- Weight Watchers Somewhat Helpful
- Have trouble sticking to the program and then get discouraged when I don't lose weight.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I can find the energy and motivation it takes to start.

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionSuffer from depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, Anxiety/Social Anxiety & Agoraphobia.
Open Self-Injury
I suffer from Major Depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, Anxiety/Social Anxiety & Agoraphobia. When It gets to be too much I cut myself.

I have Bi-Polar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety/Socail Anxiety, Obesity & I self-injure.

Type: Agoraphobia (fear of open spaces)I have agoraphobia and only leave my house when necessary

- I love this medicine, it's a wonder pill for my heartburn.
