I've had a very quiet day today........still very positive about my quit, I'll have to think about stopping the champix at some point but I only have half a tablet a day now anyway as I plan to wean myself off them!

You are doing soooooooo good. I think staying positive is half the battle. I quit taking Chantix after I cut down to 1 pill a day and did not have any problems.

My mom and I couldn't take it but I will tell you that everyone that I know that could, has quit and not smoked again and I'm talking 2 plus years now. There isn't any advise I want to give you because you are doing it right? I was good but blew it and had to start all over. Remember the hardest part of quitting something is having to quit all over!!!!!!!!!!! SUCKS!!!!! LOL
